Basil H. Rowe (b. 1960) is a founding member of and current president of the Friends of the Cincinnati Observatory. He has been a tireless advocate of astronomy and an inspiration to all who have known him. Name suggested by F. N. Bowman. [Ref: Minor Planet Circ. 85013]
